Role Overview:

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to support order management and customer service across online sales channels, primarily Amazon and Shopify.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in handling customer interactions and backend order processes.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours within the client’s business hours (Central European Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily order processing across Amazon and Shopify
• Track shipments and ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, tracking, and support requests
• Resolve issues related to orders, refunds, and returns
• Update systems with accurate order and customer information
• Support backend operations and administrative workflows

Requirements:

• Previous experience in e-commerce support or operations
• Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify platforms
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable using online tools, CRMs, and support platforms

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
