Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant / Marketing Support, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting marketing initiatives. You will manage scheduling, communications, and CRM data while also creating and managing social media content.
This is a highly organized and detail-oriented role that requires initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Manage diary scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar organization
- Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of the team where required
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders to obtain outstanding documents and information
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
CRM Management
- Maintain and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Audit, update, and organize contact records
- Improve data quality and structure within the system
- Ensure all client information is properly recorded and up to date
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Create social media graphics and tiles using Canva
- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Ensure brand consistency across all posts and communications
- Track engagement and basic performance metrics
Project & Client Coordination
- Support client project coordination by tracking deliverables and deadlines
- Monitor action items and follow up where necessary
- Assist in maintaining organized workflows and communication
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative support and diary management
- Experience working with CRM systems (data entry, cleanup, and maintenance)
- Proficiency in Canva for creating social media and marketing materials
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially with client data and published content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated work style
