Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to drive Share of Voice, follower count, and engagement across all social platforms. The successful candidate will maintain a content calendar at least six weeks into the future, planning posts around key events, campaigns, and seasonal trends while communicating the schedule effectively with the team.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM SGT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- • Social Media Management & Strategy: Develop and maintain a six-week content calendar, aligning posts with seasonal trends, key campaigns, and venue events.
Platform-Specific Execution:
- Instagram & Facebook: Manage high-frequency posting including twice-weekly feed updates and 5–10 daily stories featuring weather updates and user-generated content.
- TikTok & YouTube Shorts: Publish weekly trend-driven video content, leveraging trending music and effects to drive views and follower growth.
- LinkedIn: Execute a B2B strategy to generate corporate event leads through profile optimization and weekly outreach to key decision-makers.
- WhatsApp: Grow and manage dedicated community channels for general guests and VIPs with frequent, engaging updates.
- Engagement & Community Management: Actively monitor social channels to respond to comments within 12–24 hours and utilize social listening to engage with relevant competitor-related conversations.
- Influencer (KOL) Coordination: Manage the end-to-end influencer pipeline by reaching out to 10 micro-influencers weekly and coordinating at least three on-site visits to ensure consistent content creation.
- Content & Campaign Support: Compile creative assets and copy for performance marketing ads and collaborate with on-site teams to capture live daily content of the beach club experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports tracking follower trends, sentiment scores, and Share of Voice (SOV) against key competitors. Operational Optimization: Maintain an organized digital asset server for easy retrieval of content and provide weekly assets to external marketing agencies and promoters.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp).
- Strong content planning skills, with the ability to maintain and execute a rolling content calendar at least 6 weeks ahead.
- Demonstrated ability to grow followers, engagement, and share of voice through organic social strategies.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with social listening tools and competitor monitoring.
- Solid understanding of short-form video trends, especially for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Proven experience in Social media and Paid Ads video editing using Capcut.
- At least 32 GB of RAM for Mac and Windows devices
- Excellent community management skills, including timely responses to comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
- Experience in influencer/KOL research, outreach, and campaign coordination.
- Strong copywriting and visual briefing skills for both organic posts and paid ad creatives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage digital assets, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
