Spanish-Speaking B2C Sales Agent

Overview

You will work exclusively with pre-qualified warm leads, guiding them through their educational journey while hitting meaningful sales targets in a rapidly scaling environment.

Schedule:

  • 20h per week - Mon-Thursday 9:30am-2:30pm | Client Timezone: Atlantic Standard Time

Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage with warm leads provided by the company who are actively interested in educational programs
  • Sell educational courses and learning programs to Spanish-speaking prospects across Latin America
  • Achieve daily sales targets of 3 conversions from qualified leads
  • Master approximately 10 different course offerings and adapt quickly as programs change monthly
  • Build genuine rapport with prospects to understand their educational goals and needs
  • Follow up strategically with interested prospects to guide them through the enrollment process
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales pipeline progress
  • Participate in monthly product training sessions to stay current on new course offerings

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with clear and professional communication skills
  • Proven B2C sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products monthly
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Available during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM timeframe)
  • Bonus if you have experience in education industry sales
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
