Client Overview

Join a dynamic company that specializes in strategic partnerships and talent solutions, helping businesses scale through innovative staffing approaches. They’re experiencing rapid growth and need skilled appointment setters to drive their expansion across North American markets.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Outreach: Set qualified appointments with potential clients through strategic phone outreach.
  • Lead Management: Manage and track leads using Apollo and HubSpot CRM systems; handle administrative tasks related to follow-up processes.
  • Prospect Engagement: Engage with both inbound and outbound prospects to qualify opportunities and maintain engaging conversations.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team by scheduling high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with sales members to optimize appointment-setting strategies.

Requirements

  • Communication: Conversational skills with a charismatic personality and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Clarity: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems; proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
  • Versatility: Comfortable with both inbound and outbound lead handling.

Qualifications

  • Previous appointment setting or sales experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with Apollo and HubSpot tools.
