Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, with 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Set qualified appointments with potential clients through strategic phone outreach.
- Manage and track leads using Apollo and HubSpot CRM systems; handle administrative tasks related to follow-up processes.
- Engage with both inbound and outbound prospects to qualify opportunities and maintain engaging conversations.
- Support the sales team by scheduling high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with sales members to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
Requirements
- Conversational skills with a charismatic personality and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems; proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound lead handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous appointment setting or sales experience is a bonus
- Experience with Apollo and HubSpot tools.
