Marketing Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing funnel—from awareness to lead generation, conversion, and customer retention. In this role, you will drive qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and build systems to ensure every lead is properly captured and nurtured through the CRM. This is a performance-driven position focused on measurable outcomes and consistent business growth.

Schedule

​Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Dunbar, WV (EDT), With 1 Hour of Unpaid Break (7 Hours Per Day, 35 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Run and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, and Direct Mail. Create high-converting copy focused on inspections, estimates, and financing options.
  • Full Funnel Optimization: Manage the customer journey, improve landing pages, and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms to maximize conversions.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Ensure all leads are captured and tagged in ClaimExpress (or CRM system) and optimize lead handoff processes between marketing and sales.
  • Reviews & Referrals: Build systems for Google review requests, customer testimonials, and post-project nurture sequences via email and text.
  • Content & Brand Support: Coordinate marketing content such as project highlights, testimonial videos, and location-based content for key service areas.
  • Sales Enablement: Maintain marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, and educational materials for roofing and insurance claims.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead volume, cost per lead, booked inspections, and referral performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Mindset: Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented with a high attention to detail.
  • Preferred: Experience in home services, roofing, or contractor marketing, as well as CRM automation workflows.
