Job Overview
This company is seeking a high-performance B2C Lead Conversion Specialist. You will take ownership of inbound lead conversion across multiple channels (Facebook/Meta Ads, Emma’s Diary, Website, and local partners).
This is an impact-driven role focused on materially improving contact rates, booking rates, and overall lead monetization. You will be responsible for converting warm leads into confirmed studio portrait bookings (families, newborns, couples, and pets), optimizing communication flows through GoHighLevel, and implementing best-in-class follow-up systems.
Schedule: Flexible within UK working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM UK Time

Key Objectives
- Increase lead outbound contact rates.
- Improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.
- Maximize ROI from existing lead sources.
- Optimize multi-channel follow-up systems.
- Reduce lead wastage and response delays.
Core Responsibilities
1. Outbound Telesales & Contact Rate Optimization
- Take full ownership of outbound calling strategy to significantly improve answer rates.
- Design and implement a system for rapid contact for all new leads.
- Optimize call cadence strategies and identify/resolve reasons for low answer rates (timing, data quality, messaging).
- Develop and refine high-converting call scripts.
2. Facebook (Meta) Lead Conversion
- Own the conversion journey for high volumes of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads.
- Implement multi-touch follow-up sequences (Call, SMS, WhatsApp, Email).
- Identify funnel drop-off points and implement immediate fixes.
- Improve lead quality feedback loops to the marketing team.
3. Multi-Channel Follow-Up & Conversion Systems
- Refine and execute relentless follow-up systems across Phone, Social Media, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Ensure zero lead wastage—no lead is left uncontacted.
- Optimize all messaging for conversion rather than just general engagement.
4. CRM & GoHighLevel Optimization
- Automate follow-up workflow sequences.
- Trigger instant responses to new leads.
- Track contact attempts and outcomes to improve pipeline visibility.
- Ensure all activity is logged, measurable, and data-driven.
5. Conversion & Booking Performance
- Drive measurable increases in lead-to-booking rates.
- Reduce lead decay by improving the speed and persistence of contact.
- Continuously test and refine approaches across all multi-lead channels.
Additional Notes
Performance Critical: This role requires a high level of proficiency and confidence. You must be able to diagnose inefficiencies and implement solutions with minimal onboarding. A proven track record in similar projects is required.
