Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to re-engage cold leads and convert new inquiries into booked consultations.
This role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment booking, ensuring no potential student is left uncontacted.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, fixed schedule aligned with UK business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to re-engage cold leads from past campaigns
- Follow up with new leads to convert interest into booked appointments
- Communicate course offerings, pricing, and availability clearly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
- Track lead status and ensure consistent follow-up
- Collaborate on improving scripts and outreach strategies
- Meet daily/weekly activity and booking targets
Requirements
- Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
- Organized and detail-oriented with lead tracking
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently
