Business Development & Appointment Setter

Overview

Join a growing service provider dedicated to supporting individuals within the NDIS ecosystem through high-quality, client-focused services. This role is essential for expanding the company’s reach by generating leads, nurturing strategic partnerships, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Schedule
Part-time (20 hours per week, flexible during South Australia business hours)

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach to NDIS participants, support coordinators, and referral partners
  • Generate new business leads through online channels including email, messaging, and virtual platforms
  • Communicate services clearly and professionally to potential clients and partners

Appointment Setting & Coordination

  • Schedule and book meetings (online and virtual) for the leadership team
  • Ensure accurate coordination of calendars and meeting details
  • Prepare and qualify prospects prior to scheduled meetings

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong referral relationships within the NDIS network
  • Maintain ongoing communication with coordinators and service providers
  • Support the development of a consistent referral pipeline

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead progress
  • Maintain organised records to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously

Business Development Support

  • Assist with additional business development tasks as required
  • Support outreach initiatives across related ventures when needed
  • Contribute to improving outreach strategies and engagement processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Experience in healthcare, disability services, or NDIS-related industries preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
