Job Description:
You’ll be the backbone of daily operations for a mission-driven healthcare practice, ensuring smooth administrative workflows while supporting client outreach that connects families with life-changing therapy services. This role offers the perfect blend of meaningful healthcare support work with clear growth potential as the practice expands. You’ll work directly with the founding team in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of care delivered to children and families.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm EST
- Client Timezone: Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound lead calls using the company’s CRM system (1-2 targeted calls daily)
- Handle comprehensive administrative tasks including document processing and filing
- Coordinate email communications and client correspondence with attention to detail
- Process and organize sensitive healthcare information while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and existing clients
- Support general office operations and workflow optimization
- Assist with client onboarding and administrative coordination
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Requirements:
- Proficient English and Spanish skills for client communication
- Strong communication skills for professional phone interactions and written correspondence
- Experience with CRM systems and standard office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with discretion and professionalism
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
