Job Description:
As a Property Sourcing Specialist, you will conduct outbound calls to real estate agents to source suitable properties based on active buyer briefs. You will communicate buyer requirements clearly, gather property information, and maintain accurate records of all outreach activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple buyer requirements simultaneously. You will work independently while ensuring all data is organised and accessible for the broader team.

Join a growing property advisory business focused on sourcing high-quality residential opportunities for active buyers. The team works closely with real estate agents across targeted suburbs to identify both on-market and off-market properties that match specific client briefs.
This role plays a key part in maintaining a strong pipeline of property opportunities through consistent outreach, research, and structured tracking processes.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible (Australian Eastern Time, aligned with Melbourne business hours, 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Property Sourcing
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents across targeted Melbourne suburbs
- Source both on-market and off-market property opportunities
- Clearly communicate buyer criteria, including property type, budget, and preferred locations
- Build rapport with agents to uncover potential property leads
Lead Tracking & Data Management
- Log all call activity, agent responses, and property details in a Google spreadsheet
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for team visibility
- Cross-check agent contacts to avoid duplicate outreach
- Ensure all data is organised and easy to reference
Research & Preparation
- Research and compile agent contact lists using realestate.com.au
- Organise contacts by suburb prior to outreach sessions
- Prepare for calls using the provided scripts and buyer briefs
Collaboration & Lead Handover
- Collect relevant property information from agents
- Forward suitable property options to the buyer’s agents for further assessment
- Escalate promising leads and interested agents for follow-up
- Support multiple active buyer searches simultaneously
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or phone-based roles
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Close attention to detail when recording call outcomes and property information
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally in conversations
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working during Melbourne business hours
