Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing deals—while working closely with client teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, excels in relationship-building, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, particularly in international markets such as the US.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AZ Time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the complete sales cycle from qualified leads to closed deals
● Work directly within client CRM systems and sales processes
● Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and customers
● Collaborate with client teams to understand sales objectives and strategies
● Present proposals and negotiate contracts with potential customers
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for assigned client accounts
● Provide regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline status
Requirements:
● Proven sales experience with focus on closing deals and managing full sales cycles
● Experience working with international markets, particularly US-based businesses
● Strong presentation and negotiation skills
● Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
● Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Excellent communication skills for working with senior client stakeholders
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
