Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter (B2B Partnership) to support nationwide business development efforts. This role is focused on generating qualified meetings with decision-makers across ABA providers, clinics, and schools through structured outbound outreach and follow-up strategies.
You will play a critical role in pipeline generation by engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Albuquerque, New Mexico (MST) (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted B2B leads, including ABA providers, clinics, and educational institutions
- Follow up on warm leads generated via email campaigns (e.g., Apollo.io outreach)
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and book meetings directly into the calendar
- Effectively navigate gatekeepers and identify key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity logs (Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms)
- Execute structured call scripts while adapting messaging in real-time to improve engagement
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs (call volume, connection rates, appointments set)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining strong call control and professionalism
- Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion insights
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong verbal communication in English with clear and professional articulation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes in a target-driven environment
- Strong objection handling skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection in cold outreach
- Comfortable working with scripts while personalizing delivery
- Coachable and receptive to performance feedback, including call reviews and KPI tracking
Highly Valued Experience:
- Experience targeting healthcare, ABA providers, or education sectors
- Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Prior experience working in a remote, performance-driven sales environment
