Elevate a thriving brand as our next Social Media Manager, where you’ll lead content strategy and video production for a dynamic real estate audience. We are looking for a creative strategist ready to scale our presence beyond 30,000 monthly views through high-impact storytelling and AI-driven efficiency.

Schedule: EST Monday to Friday 4 hours per day within daytime 

Responsibilities

• Create and publish two to three engaging posts per day across all social media platforms to maintain a consistent brand presence
• Develop original content tailored to the real estate industry, leveraging AI tools and available resources to maximize output
• Edit and produce video content optimized for social media engagement and audience growth
• Implement strategies to increase followers, viewership, and overall social media engagement beyond the current 30,000 monthly video views
• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust content strategy to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels

Requirements

• Proven expertise in social media management with a strong portfolio of previous work demonstrating audience growth and engagement
• Experience in content creation and video editing for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for real estate or related industries
• High level of creativity and attention to detail in visual and written content
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
• Strong written communication skills
