Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong numerical skills, and can manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Freeport, The Bahamas Time)

Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed
- Ensure data integrity within payroll systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll
- Proven experience using Microsoft GP Dynamics 365 Payroll Software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Highly computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
