Role: B2B Appointment Setter
Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Role Overview
The B2B Appointment Setter is responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, initiating outbound conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.
This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, and qualification, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality appointments to support the company’s growth across its service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and light calling
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (need, budget, timing, fit)
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on messaging and targeting
- Track outreach performance and optimize conversion rates
- Manage and organize appointment calendars for scheduled meetings
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity and booked meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with outbound outreach (LinkedIn, cold email, or calls)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working within UK business hours
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and targets
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
- Background in SaaS, digital services, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and outreach platforms
- Experience handling international clients (UK/EU markets preferred)
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks
