Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual professional to support our exterior cleaning and painting business in the affluent Naples, Florida market. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the central point of coordination between incoming leads, English-speaking clients, and Spanish-speaking field teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Schedule:

• Part Time - 25H per week - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM - EDT

Responsibilities

• Process leads from answering service through Slack integration and conduct property research
• Communicate effectively with field teams in Spanish and English as needed
• Prepare and send estimates and invoices to residential and commercial clients
• Coordinate with property managers, HOA boards, and affluent homeowners
• Request certificates of insurance and provide lien release information to vendors
• Manage administrative tasks using QuickBooks and other business systems

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication in Spanish and English
• Experience with property management or service industry operations
• Proficiency with business software and online research tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse clientele
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High level of attention to detail and professional demeanor
