Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Relations & Retention Virtual Assistant to manage ongoing client communication, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts. This role is focused on client satisfaction, proactive check-ins, and identifying upsell opportunities—not just support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular client check-ins (email, phone, or Zoom)
- Build relationships with clients and act as a point of contact
- Ask clients about business updates (new services, hiring, expansion, etc.)
- Current performance and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve results
- Add additional services (SEO, ads, social media, etc.)
- Track client feedback and communicate it internally to the team
- Monitor client engagement and flag any at-risk accounts
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and valued
- Assist with onboarding new clients (welcome emails, initial check-ins)
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, account management, or client success
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple clients at once
- Experience with CRM systems GoHighLevel
- Ability to identify problems and communicate solutions clearly
Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing agencies or digital marketing services
- Experience in upselling or account growth
- Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, or social media marketing
- Experience with Zoom calls and client-facing meetings

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
