Our client is a growing insurance agency based in New Jersey. The owner is currently scaling operations and looking for a dedicated partner to take over essential day-to-day functions. With a diverse client base consisting of 60% Hispanic and 40% English-speaking customers, the agency focuses on providing seamless service, policy management, and administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal transition point and help build a structured, efficient team.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and re-directing calls
- Gathering client information to start the quoting process
- Processing policy changes and client payments
- Sending proof of insurance and managing documentation
- Making appointments for the sales team
- Following up with late payments and handling collection calls
- Responding to messages and inquiries through online platforms
- Updating client records and managing missing information to keep policies active
Requirements
- 2 years of prior customer service experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required for our diverse demographic)
- Experience in the insurance field is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
