Role: Digital Marketing Assistant (Combined Content Creation & Paid Ads)

Schedule:

• Part Time - 20h per week - flexible but must communicate within Australian business hours

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for 11 IGA supermarket locations and one personal training studio using scheduling platforms
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including audience targeting, budget optimization, and performance monitoring
• Design graphics and produce video content including reels for promotional campaigns (Mother's Day promotions, in-store tastings, product launches)
• Build and manage lead nurture sequences using email automation platforms to convert campaign leads into customers
• Update website catalogs and landing pages weekly with current product offerings and promotional information
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, conversions, and ROI

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising platform)
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills for social media content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience with email automation and nurture sequence development
• Knowledge of basic landing page creation and website content management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong written and visual communication skills to maintain brand consistency

Scope:

• Manage social media presence across 12 client accounts (11 supermarkets and 1 personal training studio)
• Post consistently across platforms with scheduling flexibility based on campaign cycles
• Create original and curated content to drive engagement and lead generation
• Monitor and optimize ad spend to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
• Coordinate with clients on campaign performance and strategic recommendations

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
