Join a leading residential real estate agency in Perth focused on expanding their business pipeline through strategic prospecting. In this KPI-driven position, you will make high-volume cold calls to homeowners in targeted Western Australian suburbs to secure property appraisal appointments. This is an exclusive opportunity to fuel the agency’s sales growth, with performance bonuses awarded when your booked appraisals successfully convert into listings and sales.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls to residential property owners in designated suburbs
• Generate and qualify leads for property appraisals and listings
• Book a minimum of 15 appraisal appointments per week
• Follow up with prospects through various communication platforms as needed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the system

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
• Experience in the real estate industry, particularly with residential property prospecting
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade homeowners

• Familiarity with the Australian real estate market and residential property sales processes
• Experience working with Australian clients or in the Australian time zone
