Job Overview:
This is a KPI-based role focused exclusively on prospecting and appointment setting for residential property listings. The primary responsibility is to make cold calls to homeowners in targeted suburbs to generate appraisal appointments. Performance bonuses will be awarded when booked appraisals convert to listings and sales.

Our client is a residential real estate agency based in Perth, Western Australia. They specialize in residential property sales and are expanding their prospecting operations to increase their business pipeline.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AWST (subject to confirmation)

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume cold calls to residential property owners in designated suburbs

Generate and qualify leads for property appraisals and listings

Book a minimum of 15 appraisal appointments per week

Follow up with prospects through various communication platforms as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the system
Must-Have Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting

Experience in the real estate industry, particularly with residential property prospecting

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade homeowners
Nice-to-Have Requirements:

Familiarity with the Australian real estate market and residential property sales processes

Experience working with Australian clients or in the Australian time zone

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
