Job Overview
Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of a nonprofit organization focused on helping women achieve economic independence—primarily by supporting them in entering, re-entering, or advancing in the workforce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building brands up—developing everything from identity systems to packaging and digital assets. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand is seen, felt, and experienced across all touchpoints.
Schedule:
- Flexible but must accommodate PST business hours (10 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive brand identity and visual design concepts for new brand launch
- Create packaging strategy and design concepts that stand out in the food industry
- Design and develop web layouts and digital marketing assets
- Establish brand consistency standards across all visual touchpoints
- Design logos, brochures, and complete brand identity systems
- Develop social media graphics and digital marketing materials
- Prepare print-ready files and manage color profiles for production
- Collaborate with marketing team on company visuals and campaigns
- Execute creative design projects that bring the brand vision to life
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design and creative design
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Figma
- Strong visual design sense and understanding of brand consistency
- Portfolio demonstrating brand development and packaging design experience
- Bonus if you have food industry or consumer product design experience
- It helps if you’re comfortable with flexible scheduling and remote collaboration
