Job Overview
You’ll be the creative force behind launching an exciting new brand that’s revolutionizing how families think about everyday products. Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to build brand awareness
- Design simple, educational wrapper graphics featuring ABCs, affirmations, healthy foods, and career equality themes
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns with budget management across social platforms
- Build marketing funnels to drive traffic and conversions for the product launch
- Update wrapper designs quarterly based on provided concepts and creative direction
- Collaborate closely with the founder on marketing strategy and campaign development
- Generate content that promotes the educational mission and sustainability values of the brand
- Help establish the brand voice and visual identity during the critical launch phase
Requirements:
- Experience in social media marketing across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms
- Graphic design skills with ability to create clean, child-friendly educational designs
- Understanding of paid advertising and marketing funnel development
- Ability to work independently while following detailed creative guidance
- Strong communication skills for collaborative work in a startup environment
- Bonus if you have experience with design software like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
