Job Description:

You’ll be the voice that opens doors for a growing commercial cleaning company, connecting with decision-makers who need reliable property maintenance solutions. This isn’t about making endless cold calls – it’s about having meaningful conversations with qualified prospects who actually need commercial cleaning services. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s expansion from Ontario into western Canada, working directly with business owners who understand the telemarketing process and value quality results.

Client Overview:

Join a growing property management company that’s expanding their commercial cleaning services across Canada. They’re starting with a focused push in Ontario and have ambitious plans to scale into western Canadian markets. This company values quality over quantity and understands what it takes to build lasting client relationships in the commercial services space. 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Eastern

Independent Contractor Perks:

Responsibilities:

  • Make 40+ targeted outbound calls daily to prospects using provided calling lists
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality appointments with decision-makers for commercial cleaning services
  • Focus calling efforts on Tuesday through Thursday when decision-makers are most available
  • Update CRM system with detailed prospect interactions and appointment information
  • Generate automated email confirmations for all scheduled appointments through the CRM
  • Follow established qualification processes to ensure appointment quality over quantity
  • Maintain detailed call records and outcomes in the company’s CRM system
  • Initially focus on Ontario market with opportunity to expand into Saskatchewan, Calgary, and Alberta markets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation, particularly in service industries
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining persistence and professionalism
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
  • Availability Monday-Thursday, 5-6 hours per day during business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience in commercial services, property management, or facility services
  • It helps if you understand Canadian business culture and calling patterns
