Job Overview
Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive professional to drive the growth of their affiliate and influencer network. This role combines high-volume digital outreach with executive support, ensuring the founder’s operations run smoothly while expanding the brand's reach. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners through structured workflows and providing essential administrative assistance to keep internal coordination on track.

Monday - Friday, flexible within 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM London Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct mass outreach to increase the affiliate and influencer network.
- Manage conversations to onboard affiliates/influencers into the program.
- Handle calendar management and general executive support.
- Support internal team coordination
- Assist with mail management and overall deliverables
Requirements:
- Understanding of the social media landscape and influencer demographics.
- Ability to follow copy-and-paste outreach workflows effectively.
- Diligent, hardworking, and capable of working within UK-friendly time zones.
Scope:
- Initially 20 hours per week (Part-Time), Monday to Friday.
- Reporting directly to the founder.
Side Note
- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
