Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

You’ll be the crucial first point of contact for warm prospects actively seeking premium automotive protection services. This isn’t cold calling – you’re engaging qualified leads who are already interested and ready to invest thousands in protecting their valuable vehicles. You’ll own the entire lead nurturing process from initial contact through sale closure, working in a fast-paced environment where speed and relationship-building skills are rewarded. Your role directly prevents revenue leakage and drives business growth in a thriving market.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week) Thursday - Monday 12 to 9 pm MST

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up calls with warm leads from Google advertising campaigns
  • Handle inbound sales calls from prospects interested in $1,500-$4,000 protection packages
  • Execute email and SMS follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Update and manage CRM system with detailed lead information and client records
  • Work with Google Sheets for data tracking and lead management
  • Create and schedule social media content using AI tools for Instagram and Facebook
  • Build relationships with prospects from initial contact through successful sale closure
  • Respond rapidly to new leads to prevent them from going cold or choosing competitors
  • Manage predominantly male clientele in the automotive industry with professionalism
  • Collaborate directly with business owner on lead conversion strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven inbound and outbound sales experience (non-negotiable requirement)
  • Excellent communication skills with pleasant, professional phone presence
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and message drafting
  • Comfortable with high-ticket sales and relationship building
  • Strong follow-up skills and persistence in lead nurturing
  • Bonus if you have experience in automotive, luxury goods, or high-value services
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working with predominantly male clientele
  • Bonus if you have social media content creation experience
