You’ll serve as the trusted HubSpot authority for an end client, handling everything from complex implementations to day-to-day optimizations. This isn’t just about managing workflows—you’ll be the go-to person for strategic HubSpot decisions, client onboarding, and troubleshooting challenges that require both technical skill and client-facing finesse. You’ll have the autonomy to solve problems independently while building meaningful relationships with clients who depend on your expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation systems
- Lead client onboarding processes and manage complex data migrations
- Create custom templates, dashboards, and reporting solutions for client needs
- Provide direct client support through meetings, consultations, and troubleshooting sessions
- Manage and optimize HubSpot databases for maximum efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with client teams on devops processes and operational improvements
- Resolve technical issues independently with a “figure it out” approach
- Deliver HubSpot training and guidance to client team members
- Implement tailored HubSpot solutions that align with specific client objectives
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (beyond basic marketing team usage)
- Strong English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Proven experience with client onboarding, data migration, and implementation projects
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and think on your feet
- Professional demeanor for direct client meetings and consultations
- Bonus if you have HubSpot certifications (trainer, marketing software, sales software, service hub)
- It helps if you have familiarity with Clay or similar tools
- You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management
