Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to healthcare providers and medical practices to generate interest in the platform
• Book qualified product demos with physicians, nurse practitioners, and practice administrators managing inpatient care
• Maintain and update CRM records with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and conversation outcomes to ensure pipeline visibility
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel
• Coordinate with the founder on demo scheduling and ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline outreach and improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Sales experience with a strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of sales processes in a startup environment
• Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate, organized records
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects through multiple channels
• Resilience and persistence in handling objections and maintaining outreach consistency
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously

Scope:

• Manage both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up for early-stage product adoption
• Support the founder in building a structured sales pipeline from the ground up
• Work with existing prospect lists and identify new opportunities within the target market of inpatient care providers
• Ensure timely follow-up and prevent leads from being dropped or overlooked
• Contribute insights and strategies based on experience to refine sales processes
• Collaborate with the founder to align sales activities with company growth objectives

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
