Job Description:
You’ll own the entire booking and administrative process that connects learners with their government testing requirements. This isn’t just data entry – you’re the trusted guide who ensures people have everything they need to succeed in their licensing journey. You’ll work directly with UK clients, so strong English communication skills and cultural understanding are crucial for your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Account and Back Office Support
- Monitor account performance data and candidate progress against agreed timelines
- Ensure candidates are progressing through training within required timescales
- Maintain and update accurate candidate records and documentation
- Identify and escalate issues, risks, or delays to the Account Manager
- Support reporting and performance tracking activities
Compliance & Supplier Management Support
- Maintain and update supplier agreements and documentation
- Ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date
- Monitor supplier activity and highlight any gaps or areas requiring updates
- Support ongoing compliance across the training network
Training Research and Development Support
- Research new training areas (e.g. construction, warehousing, and other sectors)
- Gather and analyse information on:
- Training content and course structures
- Pricing
- Accreditation and compliance requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to the Head of Department
Administration Support
- Carry out general administrative duties including:
- Updating internal systems and records
- Chasing signed documents and paperwork
- Supporting audits and reporting requirements
- Assist with process improvements and data organisation
Virtual Assistant Support (Senior Management)
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the senior management team
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow ups
- Support ad hoc projects and business priorities as required
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to understand various UK accents
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with customer service and client-facing roles
- Attention to detail for document verification and compliance checking
- Ability to handle government testing requirements and procedures
- Professional phone manner and communication skills
- Bonus if you have experience with booking systems or government compliance processes
