Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in client success by handling the technical fulfillment that turns new client relationships into active, revenue-generating campaigns. This isn’t just data entry – you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every new client gets set up for success with properly configured systems and campaigns. You’ll work with cutting-edge marketing tools while receiving thorough training on proven processes that deliver real results for real estate professionals.

- Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm CST; 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Execute client onboarding fulfillment tasks following detailed SOPs and training materials
- Build and configure sales funnels within Go High Level CRM system for new clients
- Set up advertising accounts and configure campaign structures based on provided specifications
- Implement campaign setups following step-by-step instructions and established processes
- Generate performance reports using provided templates and client-specific requirements
- Maintain organized workflow tracking and communicate progress on assigned tasks
- Follow comprehensive training protocols to master new systems and processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experience during onboarding
Requirements
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating web-based platforms and software
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to follow multi-step instructions precisely
- Reliable communication skills and responsiveness during working hours
- Common sense approach to problem-solving and ability to ask clarifying questions
- Willingness to learn new systems through comprehensive training programs
- Stable internet connection and professional remote work environment
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level
- It helps if you have previous exposure to digital advertising platforms or Meta ads
- Nice to have experience in real estate or service-based business environments
