Sales & Lead Management Specialist

Role Overview:

The Sales & Lead Management Specialist will be the engine room of our sales and customer engagement process. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at both pipeline management and brand representation. You will be responsible for ensuring no lead falls through the cracks by executing a multi-channel follow-up strategy, maintaining the integrity of our sales data, and fostering community growth through social media and review management.

Client Overview:

This growing multi-business operation is run by a small core team and is seeking to outsource key workflows to support scaling efforts. A primary focus is on improving lead management for a self-storage business, where delays in follow-up are causing missed opportunities. The team requires structured, timely outreach processes and consistent execution of their sales funnel, along with basic marketing support across social platforms.

Additionally, the business is expanding its short-term rental portfolio and aims to reduce reliance on third-party booking platforms by driving direct bookings through its own channels and local partnerships. Overall, the organization is looking for process-driven support to enhance efficiency, ensure consistent follow-ups, and support continued growth across multiple ventures.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor key sales metrics and perform month-over-month comparisons to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Reporting & Communication

  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients by sending "Welcome" communications and essential check-in details.
  • Retention & Advocacy: Engage with existing customers to build rapport and actively solicit reviews to strengthen brand authority.

Brand & Community Presence

  • Social Media Management: Maintain an active presence in designated Facebook groups to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Reputation Management: Actively manage the Google Business Profile, responding to reviews and ensuring the business information is current and professional.

Requirements:
