In this role, you will play a key part in a unique lead generation strategy designed to help blue-collar small businesses (like plumbers and HVAC companies) understand the value of 24/7 AI receptionist solutions. This is a straightforward, high-volume, task-based position perfect for someone who excels at following precise instructions and maintaining high productivity in a remote environment.

Schedule

  • Hours: 36 hours per week (6 hours per day, 6 days per week).
  • Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM across various US Time Zones (East Coast, Central, and Pacific).
  • Note: You will rotate through time zones to ensure calls are placed during the "evening window" (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM) for each specific US region.

Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Make consistent outbound calls to small businesses during strategic evening hours.
  • Targeted Voicemails: Execute systematic campaigns specifically designed to reach voicemail systems rather than live representatives.
  • Platform Management: Use the GoHighLevel platform to manage lead sheets, track workflows, and record call outcomes.
  • Simple Dispositioning: Categorize every call using a streamlined two-option system: “Not Qualified” or “Voicemail Left.”
  • Productivity Targets: Aim for a target of 2 calls per minute to ensure optimal lead generation and database coverage.
  • Database Coordination: Work through provided lead lists independently and proactively request new assignments upon completion.
  • Time Zone Coordination: Maintain a strict schedule that shifts according to US East Coast, Central/Mountain, and Pacific time zones.

Requirements

  • Reliability: Exceptional attendance is a must; you must be present for all scheduled shifts.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow specific, detailed instructions precisely and consistently.
  • Technical Comfort: Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based platforms and CRM systems.
  • Time Management: Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Clear verbal skills for leaving professional voicemails on behalf of the client.
  • Experience (Bonus): Ideal for those early in their career or those who prefer task-based work. Experience with GoHighLevel or other lead management systems is a plus.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
