Job Overview

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Arabic Bilingual Client Success Lead to act as the strategic and operational bridge for high-value clients in Dubai and the MENA region. In this senior-level role, you will own the end-to-end client lifecycle—from refining onboarding processes to overseeing cross-functional sprint cycles. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery quality meets strict SLAs while identifying opportunities for commercial growth. This position is ideal for a confident leader who can navigate complex performance marketing strategies and communicate them with authority in both Arabic and English.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, Flexible during client business hours (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for key Dubai clients, leading communications with clarity, confidence, and strategic direction.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Own and refine the onboarding process for new Dubai clients, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to delivery.
  • SLA & Quality Oversight: Act as a quality control layer across delivery pods; ensure all work meets agreed timelines, standards, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
  • Sprint Management: Lead and manage cross-functional sprint cycles, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
  • Performance & Growth: Oversee account performance, ensure strategic recommendations are implemented, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Operational Improvement: Feed client insights back into the business to standardize best practices and improve internal success processes.

Requirements

  • Linguistic Mastery: Professional-level fluency in Arabic and English is a core requirement for this role to effectively manage client communications and localized marketing content within the MENA region.
  • Agency Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency environment.
  • Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing high-value or international clients within the Dubai/MENA market.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, and client delivery models.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and operations, with the confidence to hold teams accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Commercial Awareness: Skilled at spotting and supporting growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
