We are seeking a partner-focused, proactive Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality support for both service operations and online product enquiries. This role is critical for improving response times, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, contributing ideas to enhance customer experience, while also supporting basic digital engagement tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all customer enquiries from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and website channels within the same day
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding services and products

- Support organic social media posting and scheduling at a basic level
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to existing databases, including CRM (for service jobs) and Shopify (for product sales)
- Implement provided content and email materials across platforms as required
- Capture and update all customer details in the CRM accurately
- Conduct follow-ups after service jobs or product deliveries to ensure satisfaction

- Encourage customer feedback and reviews
- Escalate complex or high-value enquiries to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and helpful approach in all customer interactions
Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or call handling
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident on phone calls and capable of guiding customers effectively
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Partner-focused mindset, actively contributing to improving processes and customer experience
