Join a boutique healthcare practice as a frontline professional dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience through clear and natural dialogue. You will manage critical administrative tasks, from patient documentation to financial collections, ensuring the clinic runs with precision and operational excellence.

Schedule

• Flexible during client business hours Monday - Friday, EST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity in both English and Spanish; engage in natural, helpful conversations to assist patients effectively.
• Handle payment collection processes at the point of service and perform diligent follow-ups on outstanding patient balances.
• Review and verify the completion of patient intake forms and medical documentation for total accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize the practice’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for patient scheduling, documentation, and general workflow management.
• Coordinate complex administrative tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail and quality control.

Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English with verbal and written skills in both.
• Demonstrated background as a medical receptionist or medical administrative assistant in a professional healthcare setting.
• Exceptional phone skills with clear articulation and the ability to engage patients in natural conversations beyond standard scripts.
• Meticulous approach to documentation and financial records with the ability to maintain high-quality work over long periods.
• Proficiency in using EHR software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with the practice’s goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a concierge or boutique medical practice environment.
• Comfort handling medical billing inquiries and payment collections.
