Job Description:
You’ll be the first point of contact for users of a cutting-edge mobile payment application, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during a period of rapid company expansion. This position offers direct collaboration with leadership and the opportunity to gain valuable fintech industry experience while helping international travelers navigate digital payments across multiple countries. You’ll own the entire customer support experience across multiple channels and work closely with the founder to shape customer service operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage in-app chat support inquiries through the company’s integrated chat platform
- Handle customer support emails and maintain organized response workflows
- Address customer inquiries in WhatsApp support groups with timely, professional responses
- Perform technical account lookups and diagnose payment-related issues
- Track and organize customer cases to ensure proper follow-up and resolution
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate team members when necessary
- Communicate app functionality and payment processes clearly to international users
- Participate in regular strategy calls with leadership to share customer insights
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FAQ resources and payment system integrations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously
- Technical aptitude for account troubleshooting and payment system navigation
- Excellent written communication skills for chat, email, and messaging platforms
- Ability to learn fintech app functionality and payment processes quickly
- Customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Bonus if you have experience with payment systems, QR codes, or fintech applications
- It helps if you’re familiar with GCash, QRPh, or other Southeast Asian payment platforms
