We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, enjoys outreach and relationship-building, and can efficiently manage administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM East Coast US time zone (Washington DC area)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to hospitals, churches, medical schools, and nursing schools for bulk book orders
  • Handle email management and order fulfillment coordination
  • Forward bulk orders to publishing company for processing
  • Perform ongoing administrative tasks and data entry
  • Support content creation workflow and file management systems 

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with clear, professional accent
  • Proficiency with basic software applications and file management
  • Sales and outreach experience with phone calls, emails, and lead generation
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho preferred)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage objections professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut preferred) or willingness to learn quickly
    • Familiarity with AI voice tools (11Labs) or ability to learn new technology
     

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
