Responsibilities:
- Prepare probate court documents using established templates and standardized forms
- Extract relevant information from client files to complete legal forms accurately and efficiently
- Conduct professional phone follow-ups with estate heirs to gather necessary case information
- Contact banks and financial institutions to obtain required documentation for probate cases
- Handle return phone calls to clients providing case status updates and progress reports
- Perform general paralegal duties specific to probate law procedures and requirements
- Follow detailed direction on document wording and form completion to meet court standards
- Manage case file organization and maintain accurate records throughout the probate process
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant with knowledge of legal document preparation
- Understanding of probate law procedures and court documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail for accurate form completion and data extraction from client files
