Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email and SMS marketing campaigns using HubSpot, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and performance

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using HubSpot
• Optimize automated email flows to improve campaign performance
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign content strategy
• Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics
• Execute promotional calendar activities and campaigns
• Create graphics and visual content for email campaigns when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience with HubSpot platform (essential requirement)
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
• Experience coordinating with marketing teams on content initiatives
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills

• Utilize HubSpot's full platform capabilities

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
