Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns using provided scripts and lead lists
  • Contact recent homebuyers based on home purchase data and timing
  • Follow up on internet leads and inquiries from potential clients
  • Set qualified appointments for insurance consultations and quotes
  • Navigate through gatekeepers to reach homeowner decision makers
  • Use existing phone dialer systems for efficient call management
  • Maintain detailed call logs and track appointment setting metrics
  • Communicate regularly with management on progress and campaign results
  • Handle initial objections and maintain professional, friendly demeanor
  • Qualify prospects based on insurance needs and timing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with US-based clients and understanding American culture
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with phone dialer systems and CRM tools
  • It helps if you have experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Bonus if you have any background in insurance or financial services

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
