Bookkeeper (NetSuite | Healthcare Experience Required)

Position Overview: We are seeking two detail-oriented Bookkeepers with strong NetSuite experience and a background in the U.S. healthcare industry. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with standard accounting practices.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced in working within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Schedule: Full-Time | Remote | 8AM-5PM Eastern Time Hours 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation

  • Monitor and track expenses, invoices, and payments

  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies

  • Support reporting requirements and assist in generating financial reports

  •  Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (required)

  • Experience working with U.S.-based healthcare companies (required)

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

  • Experience with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location businesses

  • Familiarity with U.S. compliance and healthcare-related financial processes

  • Experience working with accounting integrations or related tools

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
