Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and perform daily bookkeeping tasks with month-end close procedures
- Convert production orders from the queue system into QuickBooks for accurate sales tracking
- Input vendor bills and invoices from organized monthly folders into QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including weekly AR reporting and aging analysis
- Send email reminders to customers for outstanding invoices and payment follow-up
- Provide weekly reports on collectible amounts, payment status, and customer aging (30/60/90 days)
- Maintain accurate financial records to support business decision-making
- Work within a secure virtual machine environment with full system access
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with proven accuracy
- Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software (essential)
- Experience working in remote/virtual work environments
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with production-based or manufacturing businesses (Bonus)
- Comfortable with multiple client management systems

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
