Job Description

You’ll be the engine behind a thought leadership brand’s content distribution strategy, taking high-quality keynote videos and transforming them into multi-platform marketing campaigns. This role puts you at the intersection of AI-powered content creation and strategic digital marketing, where you’ll optimize content for both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. You’ll own the complete content lifecycle from optimization to distribution, ensuring consistent daily output across all channels.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/Melbourne) ; 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • Transform keynote videos into optimized blog posts using AI transcription and content generation tools
  • Create SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) friendly descriptions, titles, and metadata for YouTube content
  • Manage content publishing workflows through HubSpot, including blog scheduling and distribution automation
  • Optimize historical video content by adding descriptions, transcripts, and search-friendly elements
  • Distribute content strategically across LinkedIn and other professional networks for thought leadership positioning
  • Implement emerging AEO strategies to ensure visibility in AI-powered search results
  • Manage content publishing schedules to maintain consistent daily output across all platforms\
  • Engage audiences through strategic posting on platforms like Quora and Reddit for brand positioning
  • Handle end-to-end content “plumbing” - the backend systems ensuring content reaches all relevant channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HubSpot platform management and content publishing workflows
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with emerging Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques
  • Experience with AI content tools including transcription services (Otter AI) and content generation platforms (Claude AI)
  • Social media management experience, particularly LinkedIn for B2B thought leadership content
  • Video content optimization and YouTube management experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple content workflows simultaneously
  • Strong written communication skills for creating engaging content descriptions and blog posts
  • Bonus if you have experience with content scheduling and distribution automation tools
  • It helps if you’re familiar with emerging AI platforms and optimization strategies
