Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate books, manage AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Supervision: Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring accuracy across all client accounts and maintaining high standards of service.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage office workflows, coordinate internal documentation, and support the executive team with high-level administrative tasks.
- Client Success: Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, helping translate complex data into actionable insights for our clients.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: A strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is essential.
- Admin Savvy: You are highly organized, comfortable with office software, and able to juggle multiple administrative priorities in a remote environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; you should be able to explain financial health to stakeholders clearly and professionally.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
