We are a growing Medicare services business dedicated to helping seniors navigate the complexities of their healthcare options. By leveraging targeted Facebook lead generation, we bridge the gap between motivated prospects and life-changing insurance solutions. Our team operates with a streamlined, two-stage sales process designed to maximize conversions and ensure every warm lead receives the attention they deserve.

Responsibilities:
- Contact warm Facebook leads who have specifically requested Medicare information
- Handle initial objections and concerns from prospects using proven conversation techniques
- Conduct persistent follow-up calls with multiple dial attempts (double dial, triple dial, up to 7 contact attempts)
- Schedule qualified appointments directly on the business owner’s calendar system
- Maintain professional persistence when prospects initially decline or express hesitation
- Focus exclusively on appointment setting without discussing Medicare products or details
- Manage organized lead follow-up processes and communication records
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to maximize your hourly contribution
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting roles
- Strong objection handling skills with ability to continue conversations after initial resistance
- Confidence in making multiple dial attempts and persistent follow-up without taking rejection personally
- Experience with appointment setting, calendar management, and scheduling systems
- Professional phone manner with excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with healthcare-related leads (Medicare or insurance background is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
