About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end social media and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is not only skilled in content creation and strategy but is also confident being on camera and representing the brand publicly.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and—most importantly—lead and revenue generation for our Canadian immigration services.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 12:00 to 4:00 pm (Eastern Time-Canada, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (written, visual, and video) across all social media platforms
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting
- Produce and appear in video content (e.g., reels, short-form videos) as the face of the brand
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to feature team members and clients in content
- Monitor, engage, and grow online communities across platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions)
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Demonstrated success in driving engagement, brand growth, and lead generation
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, visual design, and video production)
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and creating engaging video content
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in French (both spoken and written) would be considered an asset, but is not a mandatory requirement.

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
