We are seeking a Content Creator to produce engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that attracts and converts potential clients. You will play a key role in making our brand stand out and turning complex insurance topics into clear, relatable messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media (graphics, carousels, short-form videos)
• Design marketing materials such as postcards, promotional creatives, and digital ads
• Write compelling captions and high-converting ad copy
• Develop content that addresses customer pain points (e.g., rate increases, renewals, savings opportunities)
• Produce “hook-based” content to capture attention and drive engagement
• Edit and optimize visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align content with strategy
• Repurpose content across multiple platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation (social media, marketing, or similar) (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent)
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversion
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Experience creating content for service-based businesses is a plus
• Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas consistently
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Nice to Have: Video editing skills (short-form content)
• Nice to Have: Experience writing direct response or ad copy
• Nice to Have: Understanding of marketing funnels or lead generation
