Job Overview

Our client is looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support their administrative operations. This role is responsible for the accurate processing and maintenance of company data, ensuring that all records are complete, verified, and organized systematically. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Input and process various types of data into company systems accurately
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all data entry activities
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before submission
  • Handle high-volume data entry tasks within specified timeframes
  • Organize and maintain digital files and databases systematically
  • Follow established data entry protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong written communication skills

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
