Job Description
You’ll be the organizational backbone that keeps a busy marketing agency running smoothly. This role puts you at the center of operations, where your coordination and communication skills directly impact team productivity and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the operations manager and marketing team, taking ownership of essential administrative functions while learning about marketing agency operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate scheduling across the team
- Handle email inbox management and ensure timely responses to client communications
- Set up and organize tasks in project management systems (Teamwork preferred)
- Coordinate team workflows and ensure project milestones are met
- Perform basic WordPress updates including blog posting and content management
- Support the operations manager by taking on key administrative workload
- Monitor task completion and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized systems for seamless team collaboration
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with email management and calendar coordination
- Basic familiarity with project management tools
- Basic WordPress knowledge for simple content updates
